Shipping policy
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days before your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day. Please note that we cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the allotted time. USPS has been experiencing service impacts which can cause delays in shipping time. We will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping cost due to USPS delays. During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly possible.
Domestic Shipping Costs (via USPS):
Free Shipping: Offer applies to U.S. Domestic Ground Shipping only. Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $200 after any applicable discounts, but before taxes, to qualify.
Ground: 5-7 Business Days $5.99
Shipping to PO Boxes:
If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address (additional shipping costs be applied).
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address:
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed additional fees to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Lost Shipments:
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation.
Damaged Shipments:
If you package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in lost of product(s), please keep all original packaging and contact USPS right away to start an investigation.
